Background: Retired US Army Senior NCO with 20 years of honorable service supporting US Government classified programs as an Intelligence Analyst and Linguist.
Marital Status: Married, with two adult children, Barbara and Alexandra, who are also employed by ITI Solutions Inc.
Current business focus: After military retirement, Mr. Pagan spent the past 25 years a US Government Contract Program Director and Corporate Executive supporting USG customers in the areas of Intelligence Operations, Engineering and Training Support. Today Mr. Pagan leads all corporate efforts in the areas of Strategic Planning and Growth, as well as Financial and Business Relationships. Mr. Pagan led ITI’s early corporate focus which was on Intelligence Services Support and Aviation Intelligence and Surveillance Programs, supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and US Department of State (DOS) CONUS and OCONUS Counternarcotics Support programs. Over the past eight years, Mr. Pagan led all efforts to shift ITI’s corporate focus to providing Cybersecurity Services to Department of Defense (DoD/DoW) customers. Those customers today include the US Air Force (AFCYBER) in San Antonio, the US Space Force (USSF) at Peterson and Shriever Air Force Bases in Colorado Springs. ITI and ASIRTek today also have employees at Fort Gordon, Georgia; Hickam AFB in Hawaii; the US Pentagon and at Langley AFB in Virginia; Fort Meade, Maryland; Detroit, Michigan; Lima, Ohio; and Patrick AFB Florida.
Mr. Pagan is married to his High School sweetheart, Ms. Clara Pagan, has two daughters, Barbara and Alexandra, and has five grandchildren.
PJ Kallas is a Chief Technology Officer Executive specializing in modernizing mission-critical environments and driving advanced AI/ML integration for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Department of Defense. As CTO at ITI Solutions, Inc., he leads enterprise architecture and scalable cloud transformations—bridging the gap between cutting-edge innovation and high-stakes federal security.
With extensive leadership across complex systems, managing the ARCADE contract, and overseeing robust digital enclaves, PJ combines tactical defense insight with modern IT engineering to architect resilient infrastructure for the Defense Industrial Base.
Barbara is a detail-oriented FSO/Contracts Administrator with 14 years of experience supporting Private industry with Federal government customers including the Department of War (DoW), NSA and others. She specializes in maintaining strict Personnel Security and Facility Security clearances (FCLs) compliance programs applying NISPOM guidelines to sustain a strong, effective security programs. In addition, Barbara manages the full contract lifecycle, ensuring rigorous adherence to FAR and DFARS requirements across complex programs.

Alexandra Pagan has over a decade of experience as a strategic Human Resources Director, Alexandra oversees a broad spectrum of core HR functions, including benefits administration, 401(k) management. Expertise encompasses comprehensive HR policy development, streamlined onboarding frameworks, and meticulous employee screening designed to cultivate robust, compliant, and highly engaged organizational cultures.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resources Management. Providing refined business acumen necessary to align human capital strategies seamlessly with overarching corporate objectives.
Balancing a career in organizational leadership with a fulfilling personal life, she is also a proud mother of two. She brings the same commitment, compassion, and leadership she demonstrates in her career to her family, embracing both roles with purpose and pride.
Crystal Cadena- currently serves as the HR Generalist at ITI Solutions and is a proud U.S. Army Veteran, University of Texas at San Antonio graduate, and Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran. Born and raised in Texas, she brings a strong commitment to service, discipline, integrity, and excellence to every aspect of her professional and personal life.
With more than 10 years of experience working with government contracting companies, Crystal has supported a wide range of military and government organizations across multiple branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, including the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force. Her professional background includes contracting, executive administration, human resources, and military personnel support, giving her a unique understanding of the demands and expectations of government and defense environments.
Throughout her career, Crystal has built a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and leadership while working in high-demand and mission-focused environments. Her military experience, combined with her extensive knowledge of government contracting and personnel support, allows her to effectively serve both employees and organizational leadership.
Outside of her professional career, Crystal is a devoted wife and proud mother of three boys. She is passionate about family, service, and continuing to make a meaningful impact through the work she does.
Christopher Bennett serves as Business Development and Capture Manager at ITI Solutions, Inc., bringing more than nine years of experience supporting the federal information technology and government contracting sectors. He leads full-lifecycle business development and capture activities, including opportunity identification, market research, customer engagement, competitive analysis, teaming, solution development, pricing strategy, and proposal execution.
Throughout his career, Christopher has supported federal customers across the Department of Defense and civilian agencies, including the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Army, Defense Health Agency, Department of Homeland Security, and National Security Agency. His experience includes leading multimillion-dollar pursuits, developing strategic industry partnerships, managing cross-functional teams, and building cleared and technically qualified workforces for mission-critical programs.
Christopher earned a Bachelor of Science with a minor in Business Administration from Texas Lutheran University. He also serves as Vice President of Membership for the AFCEA Alamo Chapter. His professional recognitions include the AFCEA International 40 Under 40 Award, Emerging Leadership Award, Distinguished Young Professional Award, and Meritorious Service Award.

Nicholas Terrazas is a detail-oriented IT Support professional with 2 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from Hallmark University. He is an expert in ensuring strict technical compliance and leveraging industry standards, holding both CompTIA Security+ and Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) credentials to maintain robust, reliable infrastructure and secure systems. Additionally, Terrazas manages the full support lifecycle, ensuring rigorous adherence to troubleshooting best practices and operational requirements for all complex user environments.
